HYSEA, STPI to host Innovation Summit
HYSEA (Hyderabad Software Enterprises Association) and the Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) Hyderabad will jointly host the 29th edition of Annual Innovation Summit and Awards 2021 in the city on December 16. The summit will feature - conference, product expo and annual industry awards. K T Rama Rao, Minister for IT and Industries will be the Chief Guest.

Hyderabad: HYSEA (Hyderabad Software Enterprises Association) and the Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) Hyderabad will jointly host the 29th edition of Annual Innovation Summit and Awards 2021 in the city on December 16. The summit will feature - conference, product expo and annual industry awards. K T Rama Rao, Minister for IT and Industries will be the Chief Guest.
The theme for this year's summit is 'Digital Convergence: Touching Lives and Businesses'. The event will explore how digital is powering growth of industry, impacting various sectors and lives of people. The key focus will be on how multiple technologies are converging to impact different verticals and business models, emerging technologies use cases and how digital is impacting governance and public life.

CVD Ram Prasad, Director, STPI-Hyderabad said, "HYSEA Annual Summit and Awards event symbolises the celebration of the achievements of the vibrant IT Industry and emerging start-up ecosystem in Hyderabad. Despite the pandemic, the IT sector has recorded double digit growth and maintained the growth rate ahead of the national figures."
In last two decades, the annual summit has showcased the city's vibrant culture of innovation, booming start-up industry and conducive business ecosystem. This year, 30 startups will showcase their products and compete for awards in categories – emerging product, fast growing enterprise product, fast growing consumer product, established product, product with social impact, and product led by women.
Additionally, Hyderabad's Hot 10 startups will also be chosen by HYSEA. More than 500 delegates, including 200 IT industry leaders, are expected to attend the event, which will feature keynotes and panel discussions by leaders from IT majors and emerging start-ups. Awards will also be given to honour IT/ITES companies for their major achievements in exports, productivity and product development.
